1. Overview

These terms govern your purchase and use of Archie ("the Product"), a digital product sold by Jeeve ("we", "us", "our"), operated by Nandun, ABN/ACN [your number] based in Australia. By purchasing the Product, you agree to these terms.

2. Product Description

Archie is a downloadable set of files (markdown, JSON, and configuration files) that provide a structured workflow framework for AI coding agents. The Product is delivered as a zip file immediately after purchase. No account creation, software installation, or ongoing service is required to use the Product.

3. License

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

Use the Product in unlimited personal and commercial projects. Modify the files to suit your needs. Use the Product on unlimited machines you own or control.

You may not:

Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the Product files (modified or unmodified) as a standalone product. Publish the Product files in a public repository. Use the Product to create a competing product or service.

Each license covers one individual. Teams require one license per person who uses the Product in their development workflow.

4. Payment & Delivery

The Product is sold as a one-time purchase. Payment is processed by Lemon Squeezy (a Stripe company), which acts as the merchant of record. Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to download the Product. Lemon Squeezy handles all payment processing, tax collection, and invoicing on our behalf.

5. Updates

Your purchase includes access to updates for 6 months from the date of purchase. After this period, you retain all files you have downloaded but will not receive further updates unless you purchase again. We are not obligated to provide updates, but we intend to actively maintain and improve the Product.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. To request a refund, email us at hello@getarchie.dev with your order number. Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy and typically appear within 5–10 business days.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Product is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Product will meet your requirements, be error-free, or be compatible with any particular AI agent, tool, or platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Product. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product.

9. Intellectual Property

The Product, including all files, documentation, and design, is the intellectual property of Jeeve. Your license grants you usage rights as described in Section 3 but does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Australia. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Product after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
